These terms and conditions govern the use of the Artisae service. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
In these T&Cs, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- "We", "our", "us" refer to Artisae, publisher of the Artisae service
- "You", "your" refer to the user of the Artisae service
- "Service" refers to the Artisae platform and all features offered
- "Website" refers to the website generated for you by our service
2. Description of the service
Artisae is a website creation and hosting service that automatically generates a professional website from your Google Business listing information. The service includes:
- Automatic website generation
- Website hosting on a custom subdomain (yourname.artisae.app)
- Monthly synchronisation with your Google Business listing
- Local SEO optimisation
3. Subscription and duration
Our subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. The subscription begins on the date of payment validation and renews automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled by you.
A free 14-day trial period is included with each new subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time during this period without being charged.
4. Pricing and payment
Our service prices are displayed on our pricing page. All prices include VAT.
Payment is made by card via our secure payment provider Stripe. By subscribing to our services, you authorise automatic billing of the subscription amount at each renewal period.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period, without pro-rata refund.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your access to the service in case of non-payment or violation of these T&Cs.
6. Intellectual property
Content generated by our service remains your property. However, we retain intellectual property rights over our technology, source code and design.
By using our service, you grant us the right to use information from your Google Business listing to generate and update your website.
7. Limitation of liability
Our service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
8. Data protection
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to T&Cs
We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on our website. We will notify you of substantial changes by email.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
